Rogers Update 6/12/2017

Dear Praying Friends,
It is early Sunday morning, and I have been spending a lot of time preparing for my upcoming trip to Utah. (I leave on Tuesday morning, June 13th.) The last couple of months I have been staying at my home and speaking in churches in Indiana. During these meetings, I have enjoyed encouraging fellowship with many friends who have been praying for us. It has been special. Also, I have had a great time with some of my grandkids who live in the area (their parents too), and, of course, being with my beautiful Beabea! (I get to see more grandkids – and parents – when I stop in Colorado on my way to Utah!)
Utah will be a trip full of ministry opportunities! In June and part of July I will be at Santaquin Baptist Church teaching a series of messages on the book of Habakkuk. (Be in special prayer for the dates of June 20 to 23. I will be teaching the Bible lessons for VBS at Santaquin Baptist on “Jesus, the Good Shepherd”.) In July I will be at Grace Baptist Church in Randolph doing a mini-conference on “How to Break out of Church and Serve the Lord!” Also in July, I will be speaking at Faith Baptist Church in Spanish Fork, First Baptist Church in Nephi, and Grace Baptist Church in Orem. Finally in the first part of August, I will be at Trinity Baptist Church in Riverton. Then I will head home by way of Colorado (Grandkids again) and then home to Beabea!
Please pray for safety as I travel thousands of miles, for my health, and always my spiritual life! Pray for Beabea that while I am gone, nothing will break down at our home. (It does seem that sometimes the house is waiting for me to depart so it can break something!) We are very fortunate to have friends that are willing to help Beabea when something does go wrong! Also pray for Beabea’s busy schedule while I am gone. She is working her caregiver job, taking care of her mother as needed, babysitting grandkids, mowing grass, cleaning house, plus several items that I have probably forgotten to list. Just as I asked for me, pray for her spiritual life that she will also stay close to God as we are apart. Husbands and wives need to be depended on the Lord, but they are also depended on each other by God’s design.
I have some very exciting news for me personally. I have desired for a long time to have the conference I do on Biblical Relationships to be available on CD for people to listen to. This is the conference I have been doing for many years on human interaction and conflict. In fact it has become the number one conference that Pastor’s have asked me to do. It is now available through Harvest Productions. I would like to encourage you to go to the Harvest Productions’ website and click on the CD menu head.
